Cheongju University

Located in Cheongju City, the capital of North Chungcheong Province, South Korea, Cheongju University is a prestigious private institution offering a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs. Undergraduate studies are spread across eight colleges, including Economics & Business Administration, Law, Humanities, Science & Engineering, Education, Arts, Social Sciences, and Evening College for part-time studies. Graduate education is available through five specialized schools.

The university is also home to several research institutes, such as the Industrial Science Research Institute and the Information and Communication Research Center, along with two business incubators that foster innovation. Established in 1947 as Cheongju Commercial College, it evolved into a full university in 1981, continuing to grow with the addition of a second campus in 1989. Cheongju University remains committed to academic excellence and research-driven education.
