Jeonju Vision College

Jeonju Vision University, located in Hyoja-dong, Wansan-gu, Jeonju City, Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province, is a junior college established in 1976 as Jeonju Technical College by Youngsaeng Academy. The institution underwent several name changes, becoming Jeonju Vision University in 2011.

The university emphasizes practical education, offering specialized programs that have earned it recognition as an excellent technical college by the Ministry of Education. Jeonju Vision University boasts a vibrant campus life with 29 active clubs in various fields, including computer science and physical education. Notable events include the annual Moak Sports Festival and the Moak Festival.

Recent achievements include being selected for various educational initiatives, maintaining a high employment rate for graduates, and participating in collaboration projects with industry leaders such as Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power. The current president, Byung-Hoon Woo, took office in August 2023.
